How personalised is each film really?
Every scene is built from the names, dates, photos and tone you share with us — and a designer assembles it by hand. Nothing is a swapped-text template.
What is the difference between Platinum and Diamond?
Platinum is a movie-trailer style film built on a pre-built base with your child animated into 3–4 scenes plus voiceover. Diamond is built entirely from scratch around your idea, fully bespoke, at 90 seconds.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Every tier includes revision rounds, and Diamond is designed collaboratively with you from the first frame.
What if I am not happy with the result?
We refund you. That is the whole policy — no debate, no fine print.
What file formats do I receive?
An MP4 for videos and animated posters, optimised vertical for WhatsApp, Instagram and Status, plus a high-resolution image for static posters.
Do you serve events beyond weddings and birthdays?
Weddings and birthdays are our focus today, with naming ceremonies and anniversaries also available. Commercial film work is coming next.
